Collaboration is a process where two or more people work together to realise shared goals. In the complex world of Securities and Investments, there are many areas where the benefits of sharing experience and knowledge far outweigh other considerations.
We currently have two collaborative projects in the following areas:
Securities
- Securities matching rules, exceptions recording and best practise workflow processes. This involves sharing of known symbology matching rules and processes per data source, specification of rules and precedence as well as specification of error work flows.
Fund and Client Mandates
- This involves specification of typical client mandates and rules.
In 2012 we plan to build on the above by focusing on documentation of Compliance Disclosure rules and thresholds.
